Matt's workouts are amazing. He is always ready to push me to my limit. Even working around some very serious back issues he is able to keep me moving. If you are looking for a trainer who takes the time to make sure that you are doing exercises the right way to avoid injury, Matt is for you. He has also worked with my daughter who is a college athlete keeping her fit during the off season and ready to hit the court.

Matt is super knowledgeable and passionate about helping others. I decided to take my first class at 5 am which I was dreading but Matt made it fun with a great mixed workout and encouraged me every step of the way. He helped me work on my form and explained to me why you should be positioned this way and not that. Who knew I've been doing squats wrong my whole life?? With that said I highly recommend trying MAC fitness out you won't be disappointed !!
